These calculators have been the definitive factor in my decisions to buy a house or skip it. Sometimes the price looks right, but often won’t make sense when you see the monthly numbers.

I get it, Zillow is super convenient and learning a new search tool or app, is not! However, Zillow often takes 12-24 hours to update which could make it or break it for a property you want. Also — fun fact, not all properties are listed on platforms other than the MLS, so you may be missing out.
