Get a Pre Market Inspection
- A pre market inspection gives you the opportunity to repair what may be a red flag to a buyer and save a deal before an offer is even made. Keep in mind, what you know about your home you have to disclose. So if you get a pre market inspection and find out all these details about your home, you will have to disclose them. The Smell Test
- Have an honest friend or your agent come smell-test your house for pet odors. We are used to the smells of our own home so you likely won’t be able to smell any odors that could turn a buyer off.
